Designed as an external battery packs for the ECS A929/A928 desknote computers, these packs are brand new, unused, individually cartoned and are complete with cable and manual. Units are all in original manufacturers packaging. Each pack contains an assembly of 16 18650 2000mah lithium cells, as well as the charge / discharge controller.
This is an ideal unit which can be readily adapted for use in powering alternative energy prototype vehicles. As each pack is capable of producing approximately 115watts of power (total through the discharge cycle), multiple packs can easily be configured and/or reconfigured to produce almost any combination of viable dc voltages and current to power electric or hybrid vehicles.
The individual cells were manufactured by Samsung (they are Samsung ICR18650-20).
This is an excellent pack for use in university alternative energy projects, and is very cost-effective when compared to other types of battery chemistry - especially at our low, low surplus prices.
